Build your own chat flows. Set your team's hours. Never leave a customer stuck with a bot.

Thirteen updates went live this month — all designed to help you answer customers faster and close more sales on WhatsApp.

01

Let the routine questions answer themselves

Ready to use

Rebuilt from scratch, with no code in it — you drag boxes onto a page and join them up. What people are using it for:

  • The question you answer twenty times a day. Where is my order, do you deliver here, what does it cost — answered at once, at any hour.
  • Sorting enquiries before anyone reads them. Ask two or three questions, label the customer, and send them to the right team with their answers attached.
  • Taking orders and bookings in the chat. Collect the details and drop them straight into a Google Sheet your team already works from.
  • Chasing the people who went quiet. If someone never replied, follow up a day later on its own instead of losing the sale.
02

Tell us when your team actually works

Ready to use

Chats used to be handed out in turn, even to someone who went home at six. Now you set each person's hours, and chats only go to people who are actually there.

  • A weekly timetable for each person, including split shifts, lunch and breaks. Copy one person's hours onto another in a click.
  • Nobody working right now? The chat waits in line and goes to the first person who signs in, instead of sitting unread all night.
  • Steps away from the desk? They are marked away on their own, and back the moment they return.
  • A live screen shows who is on, who is away, and how long people have been waiting — with reports on whether hours are being kept.
03

Customers can always ask for a person

Ready to use

If someone gets stuck going round in circles with an automated reply, they can now ask for a human — and the automation steps out of the way instead of talking over your agent.

  • Triggers on a word like “agent”, or let it read the message and work out for itself that the person wants help.
  • Send different conversations to different teams — orders to one, complaints to another.
  • Your agent sees a clear note at the top of the chat saying the automation is paused, and one button starts it again when they are done.
Also new this month

Send a series of messages, not just one

Set up a run of messages spread over days — a welcome on day one, a nudge on day three. Add a whole list at once, and see a realistic estimate of when the last message will arrive.

Check your list before a broadcast goes out

A review step shows exactly who is about to receive it. Long phone numbers no longer get cut short when you paste in a spreadsheet, and any number dropped by mistake can be put back.

Connect a Google Sheet

Save what a customer tells you straight into a spreadsheet, update a row, or look someone up mid-conversation. Sign in with Google, choose your sheet, and pick columns from a dropdown.

Reply differently outside opening hours

Set your hours for each day, including days you are closed and hours that run past midnight. Conversations can take a different path after hours, and everything follows your own time zone.

See which Facebook ad brought them in

When someone messages after clicking an ad, you can see which ad it was and the picture they saw. Sales can also be reported back to Facebook, so it learns which ads actually bring customers.

An inbox that feels like WhatsApp

Rebuilt to match WhatsApp on a computer — the same message menu, the same reactions, and a proper voice-note recorder and player. Links inside messages are now clickable.

Shopify set up in a few clicks

A step-by-step screen walks you through connecting your store. Shipping messages now carry the real tracking link for that order, and abandoned-basket reminders stop themselves once the customer buys.

Plain English when something goes wrong

If a message fails to send you now get the real reason in ordinary words, with the technical detail folded away underneath for whoever needs it.

A guided tour for new team members

New starters get walked through the inbox on a practice conversation that teaches labels, private notes and WhatsApp's 24-hour reply rule — without touching a real customer.

Easier to sell in other countries

Search for a country code when starting a new chat, set your own time zone once in Settings, and phone numbers are read correctly for your region. Adding and editing your team is quicker too.
