What it does, step by step

Create the contact field: Settings → Contact Attributes → Add Field → “delivery_slot”.
Get your API key from Settings, then have your system POST to /api/external/event with the event name “delivery_slot_request”. This step needs a developer — everything after it does not.
Create a UTILITY template with three quick-reply buttons whose titles match the three slot labels exactly, get it approved, and select it in the “Ask for a slot” step.
Put your own endpoint in the “Call External API” step. Leave the token field to be filled in by whoever owns that endpoint.
