Wetarseel is a Pakistani WhatsApp API provider with rupee billing and a local team. The comparison turns on how many people answer your chats and whether you need to pay in PKR.
Wetarseel starts at $50/month (about PKR 14,000) for up to 3 agents, bills in rupees through Easypaisa and JazzCash, supports customers in Urdu and has a team in Karachi. ConvoFly starts at $12/month for one seat, adds seats at $20 each, includes Instagram and Messenger from Growth, and syncs Leopards, PostEx and M&P parcel statuses into flows. Neither marks up Meta's message charges. Wetarseel is the better choice if PKR billing or in-person support matters.
Wetarseel publishes Starter at $50/month ($45 billed annually) for one number and up to 3 agents, Scale at $100/month ($90 annually) for up to 5 agents, and a quoted Enterprise plan. Instagram and Messenger cost $10/month on Starter and $20 on Scale; TikTok DM $15 and $25. Its Pakistan page lists Starter at PKR 14,269 and says all plans can be billed in rupees. It offers a 3-day free trial without a card and states zero markup on Meta's charges. ConvoFly's plans are $12/month for Starter up to $250/month for Diamond, with a 14-day free trial on every plan.
Both platforms exclude Meta's own WhatsApp conversation charges, which Meta bills based on country and message category and which no subscription includes. Those are left out of the table below so the comparison is like for like.

Wetarseel is a Pakistani WhatsApp Business API provider with an office in Karachi and, by its own account, an on-ground team across Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. It bills in rupees through Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer or card, offers support in Urdu and English, and keeps a library of pre-approved Urdu templates. For a business that has no dollar card, or that wants to meet its provider in person, those are real advantages. ConvoFly bills in US dollars.
ConvoFly's Pakistan focus sits in the product instead. The Shopify integration confirms cash-on-delivery orders, and the courier integrations for Leopards, PostEx and M&P sync parcel statuses daily so a flow can message the customer when a parcel's status changes. Wetarseel's Shopify page covers COD confirmation, cart recovery and order updates; we did not find courier integrations on its site.
Wetarseel's Starter is $50/month ($45 on annual billing) for one number and up to 3 agents. Its Pakistan page lists that as PKR 14,269. Scale is $100/month ($90 annual) for up to 5 agents, and Enterprise is quoted. Agents are capped per plan rather than sold one at a time.
ConvoFly's Starter is $12/month for 1 seat and 1 channel. Growth is $50/month for 4 seats, and each seat after that is $20/month. That gives four useful comparisons:
Both platforms pass Meta's message charges through without a markup: Wetarseel says so on its pricing page and ConvoFly does not sit in that flow at all, because Meta bills you directly. That removes the largest hidden cost in this category from the comparison.
The plans differ in what they cap. Wetarseel Starter allows 10,000 customers and 5,000 marketing and utility messages a month; Scale doubles both. ConvoFly Starter includes 500 broadcast messages a month and Growth 10,000, with automations metered separately. For a store broadcasting to thousands of customers on the cheapest plan, Wetarseel's Starter allowance is the more generous one.
If you need to pay in rupees, want Urdu support from a team you can visit, or run three agents who broadcast heavily from the first month, Wetarseel fits better. If you are one person or a growing team adding seats one at a time, want Instagram and Messenger without add-ons, or ship through Leopards, PostEx or M&P, ConvoFly costs less and does more of the delivery follow-up for you.
The comparison above is about price and fit. If you want the detail on any one capability, these go deeper than a table row can:
